Do you terminate via direct carrier connections?
Yes — a majority of our top-40 markets run on direct or one-hop carrier connections, supplemented by audited wholesale partners. Every route is continuously tested with handset probes.
Can I bring my own traffic mix (OTP + promotional)?
Yes. Channels are classed per message (OTP, transactional, promotional) and routed on separate policies, so a marketing burst never queues behind your one-time passwords.
How fast can I go live?
Sandbox keys are issued at signup. Production traffic typically starts the same week, pending KYC and destination-specific registrations where required.
Which integration options exist?
SMPP v3.4/v5 binds for high-throughput senders, and a JSON HTTP API with webhooks for everyone else. Both hit the same routing core.
